My Goal is a Smooth Transaction From the Moment the Purchase Agreement is Signed Until the Closing is Over! Once you have a signed Purchase Agreement I will do as much or as little of the following that you are comfortable with:

Order Title Work with Continental Title Agency

Talk with the other agent and coordinate with the other party

Help clear up any title issues

Make sure the lender has what they need from the title company
-
Field the phone calls and e-mails on your behalf to answer any questions

Coordinate the closing with all parties involved

I will prepare the HUD and docs for review at least 72 hours prior to closing (if we have all information at that time)

I can do a conference call to go over docs with your client.

Follow up with client for any post-closing issues, i.e. Escrows, Key Exchange

At the end of the year, I will mail your client a copy of the HUD for tax purposes and thank them for their business on your behalf.
